‘free of fear of want’

Bristol’s 80th anniversary of the Atlantic Charter Declaration

As part of Bristol’s 80th anniversary of the Atlantic Charter Declaration, Istoria Group CEO, Sam Rowe, will form part of a roundtable discussion on exporting to the USA, to celebrate the UK/USA special relationship.

The Atlantic Charter declared Britain’s and the USA’s unified ambitions for a post-war world ‘free of fear of want’, based on self-determination and democracy, and the ‘freedom of the seas’. This agreement between Winston Churchill and Franklin D. Roosevelt changed the course of history and gave renewed hope for generations to come. It marked the beginning of peace through partnership.

Sam will share her knowledge and expertise with SME’s about establishing your business in the US, having offices in both Bristol and Indianapolis.

The session will be moderated by Ameeta Virk, Growth Markets Leader - US, Department of International Trade. Fellow panelists include Jack Churchill from Scanning Pens, Sophia Storey from 3 Sided Cube and Mark Stewart from Stewart Golf. The session will take place on Thursday, 10 June 2021 at 10:00 am.

You can register to attend for free here.
